Every window or door we install in Long Beach carries the name of the person who put it in. That’s not a slogan. It’s how Sean Mackey built this crew. We’re a small, tight group of installers and coordinators who have worked the coastal neighborhoods long enough to know what salt air does to a wood frame and what a west-facing window on Ocean Boulevard goes through in August. No subcontractor roulette. No crew you’ve never met. The people who quote your job are the same people who show up to do it. Long Beach is our home turf, from Naples to Bixby Knolls to Los Altos.

Sean Mackey, Owner & Lead Installer
Sean founded Juniper Windows Long Beach in 2001, and he still runs lead on most installations. Before windows, he framed houses in Southern California, which means he understands what sits behind the drywall when a retrofit turns into a structural conversation. He holds a California glazing contractor certification and has installed impact-rated systems across more than a thousand local homes. On a job site, Sean’s the one who will point out that the fog in Belmont Shore warps an unsealed door frame faster than the sun fades it. He named the company after the juniper, a hardy evergreen built to handle sun, wind, and cold. Fitting, he says, for what windows and doors have to endure. Off the clock, Sean restores a 1968 Camaro and loses most weekends to it.
Marco Duran, Senior Installer
Marco has been with Juniper for over fourteen years. He’s our specialist in door replacement and the guy we send when a Long Beach bungalow has settled enough that nothing is square anymore. Marco is certified in impact-rated glazing systems and has completed hundreds of PGT and CGI installations. He can shim a door so cleanly that the reveal is identical top to bottom, and he’ll tell you that’s not skill, it’s patience. Marco grew up in Cambodia Town and still lives there. He plays bass in a weekend band and claims the only thing he measures more carefully than a door frame is a surf report.
Lena Park, Service Coordinator
Lena is the voice on the phone when you call, and she handles scheduling, permitting questions, and the written price for every project. She’s been with Juniper for seven years and knows the Long Beach permit office by first name. Lena keeps The Relay Standard moving: book in a tap, live arrival time, before-and-after photos, written price, digital invoice. She’s the reason your quote arrives as a line item, not a ballpark guess. Lena lives in Bluff Park and walks her dog on the beach every morning before the office opens. If you’ve ever called at 6 a.m., you’ve probably talked to her.
Chris Nguyen, Apprentice Installer
Chris joined the crew two years ago as an apprentice and works directly under Marco and Sean on every install. He’s currently working toward his glazing certification and has already logged time on ES Windows and ECO Window Systems projects across East Long Beach. Chris brings the energy that keeps a long install day moving. He’s meticulous about cleanup and the first to volunteer for the attic work nobody else wants in July. A Long Beach native, Chris went to Millikan High School and still referees youth basketball leagues on weekends.
